- For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will
be responsible for the quality of product.
- The perishable commodities displayed on the site and the
actual products delivered may have some design difference as
these items are hand-made and can vary. However, in all such
cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as
desired.
- If ordered flowers/cake/sweets/chocolates are not available
in the respective city or town, we shall deliver alternate flowers/cake/sweets/chocolates
of desired quality and equal to (or greater than) order value.
- Delivery schedule varies between same day, next day &
holiday or sunday deliveries depending on the destination city
or town. In all major cities we can deliver on the same day.
If the desired delivery date is not available in the order,
then order shall be delivered within 2 business days of receipt
of the order.
- Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed
under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product
is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer.
Although inventory is updated but rarely this may happen. In
such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall
be delivered. Incase of major change conformance would be seeked
from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there
is no responce from the customer within 24 hrs., it shall be
assumed that customer has agreed to the delivery of the alterante
product.
- No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will
be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made.
All such claims if any, are to be raised within 48 hours of
delivery / non-delivery.
- Luscious Gifts retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
- All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of Court at Karachi,
Pakistan only.
- Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up
to 2 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation

subjected "Order Cancellation". 10% of order total
will be deduct as service charges in order to cover the merchant
account and bank charges.
- If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also
un-reachable on phone OR if no one is available to accept the
delivery of the perishable gift item (when delivery attempt
is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed as executed
& no refund will be made.
- While placing an order, please provide us with the following
information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.
Hotel
Full address of the hotel.
Room No.
Telephone number of the hotel.
Name of Tour company, if applicable.
Hospital
Full address of the hospital.
Ward number or name.
Home address of recipient with phone number.
- If there is no one available at the shipping address (to
accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery,
the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases,
no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
- If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery
date, the order will be left at the reception & the order
will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of
the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed
& no refund will be made in such cases.
- If Luscious Gifts is unable to deliver your order, then complete
refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges,
loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc.
caused due to non-delivery.
- Quantities/sizes specified on the site are indicative in
nature and hence there can be slight variations in the delivered
item, depending on the availablity of the gift items. In anycase
the best possible solution will be offered.
- Luscious Gifts has taken every care for the accuracy of the
information provided in the site. It has exercised due diligence
in providing the latest products/information.
- The delivered item for some product may/ may not be exact
design of the images shown on the website (depending on the
availability of the ordered gift item). Hence in such a case
the delivered gift item for these products shall be similar/
close to design to the image shown for the ordered gift item.
- For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/Mariage
Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride
and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability of our delivery
team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery
is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible
we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through
our order confirmation mail.
You are therefore requested to also send alternate or closed
recepient details.
- Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
The customer promises that the information provided to Luscious
Gifts is true, correct and accurate. The customer also agrees
to pay all charges incurred by them and users of your account
and credit cards or other payment mention at prices in effect
when such charges are incurred.
The customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Luscious
Gifts harmless from all liabilities & expenses including
attorneys fee related to any violation of this agreement by
them and also for the use of the services or transmission
of any message or information by them Luscious Gifts may modify
this agreement from time to time without giving any prior
information.
